I selected Pret Gourmet to cater my Murder Mystery 60 Birthday Dinner Party and they met and exceeded my expectations, the food was absolutely delicious and beautiful to look at, my guests down to every person complimented the food. Their service and quite professionalism was impeccable, if your looking to host a classy worry free function you won't find better.

We just worked with Pret Gourmet this week, for the Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting ceremony for our new hotel, and Pret Gourmet made it an absolutely fabulous event! The food was gorgeous, delicious, and beautiful. The comments that we received from our guests about the food ranged from 'first class' to 'incredible'. Monique is the ultimate professional, and has the experience and integrity to make any event as good as it can be. She is the best!!!

First class every step of the way! Monique is a delight to work with from the beginning of the process to the end! The food was creative, translated easily, and was delicious!!! It was everything we talked about and the flavors were spot on!!! All of my guests were raving and inquiring who the caterer was and wanted her contact info! First and foremost, Pret Gourmet's food is beyond delicious! I've had the opportunity to eat at several events catered by Monique Frey of Pret Gourmet. Monique brings the highest level of professionalism, experience, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Pret Gourmet whether it be for small gatherings, large corporate events, and everything in between, you will not be disappointed! Monique also makes the most insanely delicious Pumpkin Spice Bread during the holidays, order more than one, you and whomever you share it with will thank me!

Monique Frey, the owner and chef of Pret Gourmet, catered a Coronado Rotary event for us recently and EVERYTHING WAS OUTSTANDING!! The food was delicious, the presentation was exquisite, and everyone at the party loved every minute of it. Preparation and cleanup were handled without strain or fuss. I have had a great experience in our business club to have Monique and Pret Gourmet to be our Caterer. She always has done a fantastic job at our business mixer. Not only her artwork, healthy and yummy food, design and hospitality is great but also she deeply cares about people and the ways that she can support them better. We had the privilege of working with Monique at Pret Gourmet. She and her team go above and beyond what is required. Our catering site was in a challenging remote location, but it was no problem for her. The food was delicious and the services was wonderful. We will definitely be using her in the future.

Monique is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef, and that's probably why she makes the best macaroons I've ever tasted! In addition to her culinary skills, she is an active member of the Rotary Club of Coronado, and I have seen her volunteer at many events, so you're not only getting a great chef, but a great person as well who is giving of her time to volunteer and give back to the community.
