What is meal delivery?
How do I place my order?
Orders are placed directly by ordering through our online system. We are happy to schedule a consultation for our new or existing clients to answer any questions about any of our menu items.
How do I order online?

Is there an order minimum/maximum?

At present, there is no minimum order.
How much advance notice do I need to place an order?
We ask that you place your order 24 hours in advance so we can get you on our daily delivery schedule. When possible orders placed NO LATER THAN 10:00AM will be placed on our schedule for same day delivery.
Do you deliver to my area?
Please see our maps for delivery range and rates.
Do you offer GF/Vegan/Vegetarian/Keto options?
Yes, several of our offerings do fall under the category of GF/Vegan/Vegetarian, however our kitchens are not strictly GF. We recommend scheduling a consult if any strict health issues are a factor before placing your order.

How do I get started?

Our menus go out weekly—we are happy to add you to our weekly mailer to keep you current with our latest offerings.
Can I place future orders?
We are happy to take orders placed in advance—you will only hear back from us should there be any unforeseen scheduling conflict.
What days do you offer delivery?
We currently offer delivery service M-F (on occasion we will take a Friday off for new recipe research and test kitchen prep).
What are my delivery option times?
Our normal hours of operation for delivery are between 4:00-6:00pm M-F. If you have a special request or require lunchtime delivery, we are happy to accommodate whenever possible.
How are we keeping you safe, and what are your COVID protocols?
Our entire business model is based upon safety, health and keeping our clients health and needs top of mind. We offer contact free delivery, and you are guaranteed that your food is only handled by our Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef certified and trained in proper food safety/handling and storage.
How can I send a gift or gift certificate to someone?
Just let us know what & when and we’ve got you covered! We are happy to reach out directly to that special person on your behalf, or just let us know where to send your gift of hot meals, or a special gift certificate.
Does your menu stay the same, how often are there new specials?
We have taken extreme care to bring our clients the highest quality options and ingredients on each of our menu selections. Because of this, the bulk of our menu will remain the same, with seasonal specials added in 1-2 times each month.
Looking to cater for a group?
Order straight off our menu, just let us know how many and what time! Weekend delivery available with advance notice.
How do I know when you’ve received my order?
You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order.
Where do I apply a coupon?
There will be a box to input any coupon(s) you may have at checkout.
